The IMISCOE 15th annual conference is getting closer. We would like to stress some important points:

• The inauguration will be at 17h. Because the conference room will probably not have enough capacity, there will be another room available with screening.

• We will have a storage room at the conference premises, but since our storage capacities at the university are limited, we recommend everyone to drop their luggage by their accommodations beforehand. The university closes at 22.00 pm.
• To avoid long queues we would like to urge you to register on time.

Food and beverages

Your conference badge will serve as your ticket to coffee breaks, lunches, and the dinner on the second evening, all of which are included in the conference fee. Please wear your badge at all times during  the conference.
 

We would like to remind you that the lunch on Monday is a network lunch only for PhD students and Board of Directors.

Do not forget to wear your  badge when joining the conference dinner (3 July 2018)
