Best Paper Award 2025- The Immigration Research Network of the Council for European Studies(CES)

The Immigration Research Network of the Council for European Studies(CES) invites submissions for the Best Paper Award to be presented at the 2025 CES Annual Conference.

Eligibility:

  • Current PhD students or recent graduates (defended after October, 30 2022).
  • Paper must focus on migration (e.g., migration policy, integration, irregular migration, asylum, or refugees).
  •  Paper must be unpublished.
  • Written in English.
  • Must be presented at the 2025 CES Annual Conference (deadline for sending abstracts is extended:  November 22, 2024).

Length: Maximum 10,000 words (including references, footnotes, and appendices)

Submission Details:

  • Deadline: 15 July 2025.
  • Format: PDF with a cover page (name, affiliation, PhD status, or defense date and diploma).

Evaluation:

Papers will be reviewed by external peer reviewers. Please note that no feedback will be provided.

Prize:

€200 cash award
