Extended submission-deadline, IMISCOE's 18th Annual Conference

Deadline: 8 January (23:59 CET)

Because of the special times we are in, we would like to offer you extra flexibility and postpone the deadline until January 8, 2021 (23:59 CET).

We are happy to have received many applications, for which we thank you very much. We look forward to your work with great interest. On the other hand, we also received a lot of messages from members who, due to the uncertainty, find themselves in a difficult situation. In order to increase our inclusiveness and to meet these members as well, we are extending our deadline.

We are optimistic that, given the developments in the field of vaccines, we will be able to meet in person in Luxembourg. The postponement of the deadline will enable us to gain a little more insight into the situation in 2021. The final decision about the form of the conference will be taken by the host university. In the meantime, we are preparing for all the scenarios, because one thing is certain: the conference will go ahead!

We hope to receive many more great applications!

Warmest wishes,

IMISCOE conference organizing committee
