At Fulda University of Applied Sciences, approximately 10,000 students are enrolled in over 60 Bachelor's and Master's degree programmes. The Fulda University of Applied Sciences is seeking at the earliest possible date in the Faculty of Social and Cultural Sciences the position of Research associate
at a rate of 50 % and initially for a period of two years.
Your areas of responsibility:
The position is part of a research project on international student migration funded by the German Research Foundation (DFG). You will be responsible for empirical research on international students from Indonesia, Ghana, and Columbia in Germany and the US. Field research abroad is (under safe pandemic conditions) expected.
Your profile:
- Good or very good Bachelor’s or Master's degree in the subjects of Social Sciences or Cultural Studies or in related fields
- Good knowledge in migration, integration and development
- Good knowledge in quantitative research methods
- English proficiency
