This year's Vienna Migration Conference, organised by the International Centre for Migration Policy Development (ICMPD), will take place in Vienna and online on 16–17 November 2026. Over the course of two days, the conference will bring together senior stakeholders from governments, international organisations, the private sector, and expert communities for high-level discussions on the future of migration governance.
This year's programme will explore recent developments and their impacts on major migration routes and Europe's neighbourhood. It will also assess the resilience of migration systems, the durability of migration partnerships, and how these pressures affect cooperation with partner countries.
