Biography
Robtel Neajai Pailey is a Liberian academic, activist and author of the anti-corruption children's book Gbagba. Her core areas of research expertise include migration, citizenship, diasporas, transnationalism, conflict, post-war recovery, governance, and the political economy of aid, trade and remittances, all with respect to Africa. She has published in academic journals, edited book volumes, newspapers and magazines. Robtel presents her research at universities across the globe and engages increasingly with policy makers and practitioners through consulting and invited talks.
